Krishan brings over 12 years of experience at top tier investment banks. He was formerly Managing Director and Global Head of Alternative Capital Solutions as well as Head of Emerging Markets Structuring for Societe Generale in London. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Krishan was jointly responsible for the market leading Emerging Markets structuring business for Deutsche Bank in London. He also worked previously at Credit Suisse in London and New York across structuring and trading roles.
Krishan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Masters in International Economics and a Masters in Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Shamyl brings over 11 years of experience at top tier investment banks. He was formerly Head of FX Electronic Trading at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, at Citibank he was Head of Electronic Market Making for Emerging Markets and Precious Metals in the Capital Markets Division. At Citi he also built and ran the Electronic Options business for FX. He started his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers and worked both in NY and London across various derivative trading roles in fixed income, commodities and currencies.
While doing his DPhil in Econometrics at University of Oxford Shamyl also did Economic Research at the International Monetary Fund and The World Bank in Washington D.C. He also holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford.
Miles brings over seven years’ experience in corporate finance advisory work including buy and sell side advisory, capital raising and structuring advice, principally to private family offices as well as private and public companies. Prior to founding his own corporate finance boutique based in London, Miles was a senior analyst for two US-listed special purpose acquisition companies with a combined $880 million under management. In this role, Miles was jointly responsible for deal origination, due diligence and structuring. From March 2006 to March 2008, Miles was a member of Ernst & Young’s London-based financial services corporate finance team focused on M&A advisory work. He received a BSc from Imperial College, London.
Alan is General Counsel at Voltaire Capital. He brings over 15 years of experience at top tier firms, including Linklaters, British Petroleum and Barclays Investment Bank, based in both London and Hong Kong. During this time, he has acquired legal expertise in relation to a wide range of products and business lines, and related documentation, with a particular focus on Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and electronic trading. Most recently, Alan headed up legal coverage for Barclays’ FX, eFICC, Commodities and proprietary index businesses.
Alan holds a Law Degree (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Commercial Law (LLM) from University College Dublin.
Anthony has more than 10 years experience in Investment Banking across the Emerging Markets. He mainly focused on structuring solutions on both sides of the balance sheet for institutions, corporates and large family holdings in the Middle East.
He spent most of his professional career within the Societe Generale Group where was deputy head of CEEMEA Sales until the end of 2011. Prior to that, he held a number of positions in sales and structuring within the equity derivatives division.
Anthony holds a Masters degree in civil engineering from the Ecole Superieur d’Ingenieur de Beyrouth and a MBA from ESSEC, Paris.
Pradeep has more than 8 years of experience in trading FX and Equities at top tier investment bank. He was most recently part of the FX Electronic Trading team in Citibank. Prior to that he was primarily involved in running Electronic Trading for Emerging Markets FX and Precious Metals in Citibank Capital Markets Division. He also has an extensive experience in electronic trading of Cash Equities and Options and developing algorithmic execution strategies across various asset classes.
Pradeep holds a Masters in Computers Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelors in Computers Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai
Benoy has more than 10 years of experience in trading OTC interest rates products. He has managed portfolio risk in swaps, inflation products, interest rate options, fx products and exotics portfolios. He was most recently the head of cross-currency swaps, options and exotics trading . He has also been involved in developing and managing strategy based index products and algorithm based hedging strategies for exotic products.
Benoy holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
Moïse was previously employed by Société Générale in London in the Fixed Income Structuring team where he was reponsible for the pricing and structuring of interest rates and inflation-linked derivative products. He worked extensively on investment and hedging solutions for asset managers, pension funds, insurers as well as for retail investors across Europe and Middle East.
Moïse holds an Engineering degree from SUPELEC in France and a Masters degree from Imperial College London. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Peter is a Senior Adviser at Voltaire Capital. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry where he successfully managed global and complex businesses across the financial spectrum. Peter spent most of his career at RBS where he recently served as Global Co-Head of Trading. Prior to that, he held various key roles at the bank including Global Head of FX and Emerging Markets, Global Head of Structured Products and Global Co-Head of FICC trading. Peter started his career in FX options trading at SEBanken in NY before moving to Natwest which later merged with RBS.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Georgetown University DC.
Jade acts as Office Manager and PA to the Voltaire Capital Team in London. Her role covers many aspects of the business, from the day-to-day operation of the facilities to staff management. Jade provides administrative leadership and acts as liaison between the Team and our high profile partners and investors.
Jade has more than 7 years of professional experience in office management, with a focus on small business relations. Prior to joining Voltaire Capital, Jade worked for Regus in London.
