Krishan is Managing Partner at Voltaire Capital and brings over 12 years of experience at top tier investment banks. He was formerly Managing Director and Global Head of Alternative Capital Solutions as well as Head of Emerging Markets Structuring for Societe Generale in London. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Krishan was jointly responsible for the market leading Emerging Markets structuring business for Deutsche Bank in London. He also worked previously at Credit Suisse in London and New York across structuring and trading roles.
Krishan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Masters in International Economics and a Masters in Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Perry is a Senior Adviser at Voltaire Capital and also serves as a partner in the Infrastructure team at Hermes GPE LLP. Previously a partner at London based law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (1992-2008), including serving as Asia managing partner and global head of finance, Perry has over 20 years of experience as a leading transaction lawyer primarily working in the finance and infrastructure investment sectors. Perry is also an alternate director for social infrastructure and real estate investment manager Long Harbour on behalf of Hutchison Whampoa.
A qualified solicitor he holds a BA Law (Hons) from North East London Polytechnic and an LLM (Commercial Law) from the University of Bristol.
Miles is a Partner at Voltaire Capital and brings over seven years’ experience in corporate finance advisory work including buy and sell side advisory, capital raising and structuring advice, principally to private family offices as well as private and public companies. Prior to founding his own corporate finance boutique based in London, Miles was a senior analyst for two US-listed special purpose acquisition companies with a combined $880 million under management. In this role, Miles was jointly responsible for deal origination, due diligence and structuring. From March 2006 to March 2008, Miles was a member of Ernst & Young’s London-based financial services corporate finance team focused on M&A advisory work. He received a BSc from Imperial College, London.
Anthony has more than 10 years experience in Investment Banking across the Emerging Markets. He mainly focused on structuring solutions on both sides of the balance sheet for institutions, corporates and large family holdings in the Middle East.
He spent most of his professional career within the Societe Generale Group where was deputy head of CEEMEA Sales until the end of 2011. Prior to that, he held a number of positions in sales and structuring within the equity derivatives division.
Anthony holds a Masters degree in civil engineering from the Ecole Superieur d’Ingenieur de Beyrouth and a MBA from ESSEC, Paris.
Myriam has over 12 years of experience in emerging markets credit at Credit Suisse in research and trading roles in New York and London. She was more recently a senior trader at the bank’s structured lending group and for the past three years, a senior investment professional and risk manager at a Credit Suisse Asset Management-managed EM special situations fund.
Myriam holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Som was previously employed by Société Générale in London in the Emerging Markets Structuring team, and was also a part of the Alternate Financing initiative of the bank for the last two years. Prior to joining Société Générale, Som worked with Deutsche Bank and UBS in Hong Kong and has extensive experience with emerging markets and clients in Asia, in his role as a structurer in cross-asset classes along with the accounting, legal and regulatory framework in emerging markets.
Som holds a Master degree and a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is a certified FRM (GARP) practitioner.
Moïse was previously employed by Société Générale in London in the Fixed Income Structuring team where he was reponsible for the pricing and structuring of interest rates and inflation-linked derivative products. He worked extensively on investment and hedging solutions for asset managers, pension funds, insurers as well as for retail investors across Europe and Middle East.
Moïse holds a Engineering degree from SUPELEC in France and a Masters degree from Imperial College London. He is currently pursuing the CFA designation.
Miguel is a Director at Voltaire Capital and brings some 25 years experience as a money manager across various asset classes, from equity to fixed income to alternative investments.
Miguel has held executive positions with Sheppards and Chase, Matheson Securities, Royal Bank of Scotland International, Sigma Asset Management Guernsey, where he was managing director, Barclays Wealth and UBS. He now works as a self employed management consultant and a professional non executive director.
Miguel has a MBA with distinction, a BA in Economics and Accounting, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and is an IoD Chartered Director.
